Standard check-in: 14:00; check-out: 12:00.
- Children: Guests under 18 must stay with at least one adult. Children count towards room capacity. No automatic age discount or free extra bed is promised; special requests and any price difference are disclosed in writing before the booking is made.
- Extra beds: An extra bed is optional and requires written confirmation subject to room capacity and availability. The current price must be disclosed and accepted before charging. Historic internet-channel fees are not direct-booking prices.
- Pets: Pets are not accepted. Guests travelling with guide/service animals should contact reception in advance for accessibility arrangements; this general pet rule does not remove statutory accessibility rights.
- Smoking: Smoking is prohibited in enclosed shared areas. It is permitted only in designated outdoor areas and rooms expressly described as suitable for smoking before booking. A smoking room is not guaranteed without room-type confirmation.
- Breakfast: Published property information lists breakfast from 08:00 to 11:00. Breakfast is not included in the standard room-only rate. Its price and any seasonal change to hours are disclosed in writing before ordering/booking.
- Pool / SPA: The outdoor pool operates seasonally. Ask reception before booking about current pool/SPA hours, maintenance and service scope. Massage, scrub and other selected SPA treatments may be priced separately; no payment is collected without price and appointment confirmation. Children must be supervised by an adult in the pool.
- Parking: Free on-site parking is available subject to space and capacity. A particular space is not promised unless separately confirmed in advance.
- Visitors: Non-resident visitors must be reported to reception, respecting room capacity and property security rules. An overnight stay requires addition to the booking and confirmation; any fee is disclosed in advance.
- Early check-in: Arrival before 14:00 depends on availability and written operator confirmation. It is not assumed to be free; any price is disclosed before selection.
- Late check-out: Departure after 12:00 depends on availability and written operator confirmation. Any price is disclosed in advance; these terms do not impose an unspecified or unlimited penalty for unapproved late departure.
Fields awaiting confirmation do not imply a free service, prohibition or permission; final conditions must be disclosed before the transaction. Necessary information may be collected for identity verification; routine photocopies of Turkish identity documents should not be taken. Card photocopies and CVVs are not requested through ordinary contact channels.
